Press Release
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (Nov. 2, 2016) – ATEK Access Technologies today announced that two of its Internet of Things (IoT) experts will be speaking at the 2016 NORA Annual Recycling Conference in Kohala Coast, Hawaii, Nov. 9-11. The discussion will cover monitoring critical machinery and reliability with the help of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
“The Industrial Internet of Things allows businesses to keep an eye on important assets from anywhere at any time, saving time, money, energy and much more,” said Dan Yarmoluk, IoT Business Development Executive, ATEK Access Technologies. “NORA is a great opportunity to share how the IIoT has the ability to monitor machines, alert immediate problems and create a world built on data for both the end user and recycler.”
Yarmoluk and Murray’s presentation, “Monitoring Critical Machinery Health and Reliability with the Industrial Internet of Things,” will be held in Plaza 1 on Friday, Nov. 11 from 11-11:40 a.m. It will include a case study from an IIoT user and touch on multiple examples for IIoT uses, such as manufacturing, fluid and flow and vibration. Both Yarmoluk and Murray will discuss the business process and business model disruption that comes with the IIoT, and how it relates to the lube, fuel and refining markets.
“We’re looking forward to providing some clarity on this evolving, essential technology for industrial businesses at NORA,” added Mike Murray, Sr. IoT Product and Channel Manager, ATEK Access Technologies.
NORA attendees can meet Yarmoluk and Murray, along with other ATEK Access Technologies experts at ATEK’s booth #306.
